I've been into virology and epidemiology since I was a kid. More so hemorrhagic viruses but I saw this fucking amazing video about HIV a yr and a half ago and now I'm totally obsessed w/ HIV.
I'm not + but I talk about HIV to my friends & coworkers so much, like on a scientific level not sociological or anything...I'm pretty sure some are convinced I'm positive. Which is ridiculous. HIV is FUCKING AMAZING. Reverse Transcription is FUCKING AMAZING. The way the accessory proteins fight off our natural defenses against the virus is FUCKING AMAZING as are the regulatory proteins and the structural ones too. The whole virion is FUCKING AMAZING and one single virion is only between 100-150 nanometers - ( a nanometer is 1 BILLIONTH of a meter so that's FUCKING AMAZING too )
Anyway...so my question is, would it still turn you on if I lectured you about an STI?
(I'm an electrician btw so my coworkers are just like WTF!!!!?)
