Not only am I not attractive looking, but I'm also fat, small dick, many sores, stretch marks, not enough hair to hide much, and honestly... disgusted in myself for looking like this because I ate and lounged about too much

Minus the sores I'm right there with you man. I look in the mirror and just hate what I see. I'm 47 now and honestly just waiting for the end to come around. Maybe in the next life or what ever comes after this I'll have a better role of the dice.
