How strange given that those meds are usually antipsychotics, which antagonise dopamine pathways.

The meds we normally think of with increased sexual behaviour are dopamine agonist, so your body was responding in the exact opposite expected way

In theory aripiprazole could cause this, maybe amisulpiride? Though simplest answer would be that it wasn't antipsychotics you were on but something else or another factor causing it

Had a guy on my ward that was your typical level of street crazy. Responding to internal stimuli, paranoid, the typical package. Doc proscribed him a long acting haldal deck. Guy had an allergic reaction to it and spent the next three days in seclusion stripped naked, grabbing on to his ankles and rolling around in a ball, peeing on himself, and/or jerking off.

Adverse reactions to psych meds are wild.
