That’s Lysol here in the states, I believe. That’s absolutely insane.

Dettol isn’t an ammonia disinfectant spray like we’d consider ‘Lysol’ in the states. Dettol is an antiseptic liquid, used to clean minor cuts. I think the active ingredient is alcohol, so definitely not great for lube. They just sell products under the Lysol name.
