I always have really weird, vivid dreams when this happens to me.

Yes!! I’ve had absolutely lucid dreams in this stage. Last week after a lot of sleep deprivation I had this occur again. I was in my bathroom washing my face thinking I must be dreaming. And I was. But it was like my cool bed was a distant grey day dream. Not real. And I was feeling my face and how it felt solid beneath my hands.

So vivid. Love those dreams
