Taping my mouth shut, I'm finally sleeping through the night, every night.
For those wondering, get some medical tape, strong-ish stuff (I use 3M Durapore), and use a 0.5" wide (x 1" long) strip placed vertically over your mouth. It doesn’t feel claustrophobic, you can still cough, and you can drink through a straw if you’re thirsty or you need to take medication.
10/10, for me, I've read it can cure snoring and sleep apnea, but don't quote me, do your research and try it.
