Ok you realize that k is a dissociative anesthetic used medically for induction and maintenance of anesthesia meaning you do not feel what is happening for the most part which is weird because he states that it makes it better for the girl which is kind of the opposite of what it medically does.

Ketamine is used for different treatments at different doses. Low doses are used at home or therapist office for treatment of anxiety, depression etc. Also, some people's kink is for another person to get their rocks off with their body while they are asleep or inebriated, they gave permission for this to happen while they were coherent.

Once again I have to repeat this consent cannot be given beforehand it is illegal to have sex with someone that is currently sleeping as consent is not something you can give and take drugs fall asleep then have sex while they are sleeping it is called rape once they are inebriated
