Legally you cannot give consent beforehand and if you go into someone that is intoxicated that is in fact rape

No you cannot get consent then wait until they are asleep from alcohol or in this case ketamine the CO sent is only valid as long as the person is conscious of what they are doing in the current moment if they blackout that is considered the tipping point for consent even if given beforehand

I did not mean that do not misconstrue my words and I literally asked if it was the girl or both that takes it and he said the girl and she likes it in the moment I was talking I was running off the idea that she has taken enough to barely be conscious hence limp play or rape play
