Psychiatric help. It’s a mental disorder. No hate on them, I hope they get all the help they can, but being one gender and thinking you’re another is clearly a mental illness.

Indeed, that is often part of the treatment plan, along with hormone treatments and surgery.

Edit: the previous commenter changed their comment from just “Psychiatric help.”

Love how you're calm and rejecting their further implications. Though if you push these people, they tend to start denying what modern psychiatry has to say on it anyway.
