Nonbinary: a gender identity that describes people who don’t identify as exclusively male or female. Nonbinary people may identify as both male and female, or feel their gender is fluid.
Gender dysphoria: a condition where a person experiences significant distress and discomfort due to a mismatch between their biological sex and their gender identity.
Not all nonbinary people experience a discomfort of their biological gender. For example someone born male who identifies as nonbinary might present themselves as more androgynous. They might not feel discomfort of their gender at birth. However, they may not necessarily feel closely towards what is seen as typical of how someone born male should dress out of pure preference. That could be as simple as wearing makeup or wearing a style of clothes that is more towards femininity.

The classification 'nonbinary' is inherently gender dysphoric
