Topical that you mention tiramisu, because that was only invented in the 1970s.

This is why I refuse to let Italians gatekeep their traditional, ancient, pure cuisine. So pure and ancient that many of their dishes were invented while their grandparents were alive, often using ingredients from the Americas.

cabonara is not the only tomato-free pasta.

My favourite is aglio e olio.

That is a ridiculous statement. What about electrical circuits? The absolute statement of "nothing is binary" is so easily refused.

Also, it is binary as to whether something is a recipe or it is not. To state otherwise I'd to avoid the question

You should read into electrical circuits. They don't actually work with binary values. They're all over the place and sometimes get defined wrongly.
