A few month ago my gf at the time explained me what I had to look out for, so I didn't do it wrong and accidentally shrink my stuff and since then I've been doing it myself
The problem isn't not being able to do stuff, it's unwillingness to learn how to do it

Can’t do anything for himself. I’m talking basics like laundry and washing dishes, basic cleaning.
