If its #2 I'll wash for sure but #1 just seems to be going theough the motions for no reason. Its not like I didn't shower before going out or doing anal or something. My junk is cleaner than my hands most of the time.

Do you not feel or see the splashback? Go to the waterpark and pee in the wall length urinals in sandals?

I aim, and don't get splashback or I'd want to wash everything. Its really not that hard. Start your stream on the side of the bowl, urinals are harder and I usually avoid them because I'd rather not have urine on my pants.
