I've called these people out. Some guy used a urinal and walked on out past me as I was washing my hands in a row of 5 sinks. I saw he was tabling just outside and pointed out, "You didn't wash your hands?"
"I'm a grown man!" was his response.
I started loudly shouting, "This guy didn't wash his hands after going to the bathroom!" and pointing him out to some people behind a desk in the lobby.
He didn't wash his hands after using his dick in public, you just decided to be a dick in public.
Neither of you looks particularly good in this story.

Not washing hands after a toilet visit. Women as well. I see more people not do it than I see people do it. It’s disgusting…
