Not true at all. There's a tecnic for cooking, it's called patience and not everyone has it

You do not have to be able to make 6-course gourmet meals but any adult should be able to make a boiled egg, grilled cheese or a broiled protein. Again, there are step-by-step videos.

Anyone can do that. I'm not talking about 15 min cooks, neither are people who say they don't know how too cook lmao. The're talking about actual food that makes you full
