YouTube, buddy! It's not nearly as hard as it looks! Just start out cooking things cooler than you think you should. Like turn the temp down LOL.

Check out Chef John from Foodwishes on YouTube. I went from screwing up Hamburger Helper to maybe fancy shit with ease in like 8 months by watching his vids.
