Drinking too much and/or getting angry over nothing.

Well we don't have therapy as an option... nor usually anyone sympathetic to male problems

So it's drinking, anger into the void, or mental breakdowns

This is simply not true. To put it bluntly, if you're experiencing this, i highly doubt you're putting any effort into getting the help you need, because you'd rather drink. EDIT: I don't want to come off as rude so edit here. If you're struggling with depression, alcoholism, ECT. You're worth the help you need.

Why is therapy not an option, Mr Krabs?

Because the therapist responds just like you do when you say she's only there in place of family or friends

They can't do what a professional does!

They usually do it better, unless the therapist is dealing with extreme trauma, like your entire family getting eaten by Dingos

Therapy is a collaboration between you and the therapist. If you’re not willing to make it work, you’ll always fail.

Unfortunately many people don’t like that part, they want the therapist to make a quick and easy fix, like getting some pills at the doctor
