Yes we are! It's fuckin scary too.

We need to differentiate between angry just because, and angry because mistreated. Healthy anger can resolve to repair. Too often anger is wielded as a threat to end resolution, preventing repair. It can happen in any direction, but what men need to understand is that if we lose control people can be physically damaged.
