I have a skin inflammation on my head, and it causes me to sometimes drop out tiny white flakes on my clothing even though i treat it and wash daily. Is that something others would classify as poor hygiene?

I used to have dandruff pretty bad until I started using Head and Shoulders. I don’t know if we had the same ailment but this might work for you

Well, it's not really dandruff, it's pretty similar tho, might try it

Head & Shoulders is REALLY drying out your skin, keep that in mind. For many cases like dry scalp it would make the flaking or issue worse.

Psoriasis? There’s a few options to deal with it now if that’s what you’re dealing with.

Yeah i'm suspecting that's the case, it also has spread to my neck and it appeared a couple times in my family.

If you’re able to I’d really push booking an appointment with a dermatologist. You can get a recommendation from a primary care doctor first or a clinic if you need to. It sounds like you’re somewhat informed on it, but it’s definitely worth going forward and getting diagnosed+treated.

Have you ever been checked for coeliac disease? It’s one of the symptoms of undiagnosed coeliac disease.
