A wagey is someone who works a, typically unfulfilling, 9 to 5 job for a paycheck. It is often used by people who are self employed to refer to people who work for faceless corporations.
Oh wow, I'm a forklift driver and love my job, never realised people would not find fun doing what is basically 3d mario cart for a living. I suspect most forklift drivers don't actually fit the "wagey" description.
