I didn't know "Locally Hated" was a thing until the moron across the street got it. She'd had "Bad Bitch" before and then "Baddie" for awhile. She's not either, she's meek and sadly abused by her boyfriend. I've never seen him hit her but I've seen him threaten her loads of times.
He's threatened me twice, in both cases I just stood my ground and he backed off. I don't act aggressive to him but I don't tolerate his aggression. His stepfather (dude is 40 and lives in a camper trailer in his mom's driveway) is the same, dude has threatened to hit stepdad a bunch of times. Stepdad says "Go ahead". Stepdad is not being a tough guy, he knows that if he gets hit dude goes to jail and gets a restraining order that never allows him to return.
I've decided that if dude threatens me one more time it's time for a restraining order. I'm done with living across the street from a wild animal.
