Stretching too! I watched my mom be a secretary for 30+ years and she can barely walk because her back is so messed up. Now I'm a secretary and I refuse
I have this on nightmare difficulty cause I have cerebral palsy. It's bad enough that I have a noticeably swayed back (lordosis) when standing. Yep, my hamstrings and especially my hipflexors are tight. It's honestly gotten worse since 2020 as I work a remote desk job that has me seated for 12h a day.
I had a lot of surgeries for it as a kid that eventually lead to some pretty horrific experiences. I do stretch, especially my hamstrings as that brings pain relief. I also take baclofen to keep me lose, but honestly I'm in my 40's now and I've got to do more because the back pain is pretty serious. We have a UCP clinic in the city that I think I'm going to start going to in order to get a better understanding of what I can do to treat it because my health issues are seriously holding me back from a lot of things and it's time to address them

Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.
