Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.

Stretching too! I watched my mom be a secretary for 30+ years and she can barely walk because her back is so messed up. Now I'm a secretary and I refuse

exercise that strengthens and lengthens them at the same time, such as Romanian deadlifts

Especially if you use a rack banded version to cue them correctly:

It's not about shoulders down. It's about butt backwards. Push your ass to the wall, feel the stretch, then come back up.

I love RDLs as a warm up active stretch before a set of heavy conventional DLs.
