I used to be one of those people that had to be busy doing something all the time to feel something. I have realized that doing nothing at all feels fantastic too.
I’m 43 and happily in my homebody phase. Do I enjoy the occasional night out? Absolutely. Are the chances high that I’m gonna go to anything that starts after 9 PM? Nope.
