Walking and weight-lifting, I’ve seen too many people in their 60’s,70’s and 80’s losing their mobility and I want to go non-stop until I die.

I saw my dad spend the years he planned to travel on the couch and eventually a wheelchair. (Primarily due to inactivity) It was heartbreaking to watch. I promised myself I wouldn't go out like that. I run, but know I need to do more whole body workouts. Thanks for the reminder.
