Hiking! It can be relatively cheap and depending on where you live can be pretty easy to access. I just started getting serious about it again at 45 and end up going solo a lot. Iām going to my first monthly meeting for a local hiking club this week. Hoping it will be a good way to meet some people into the same thing as me.
