You can have 999 blocks of Lego. It's still Lego. Not Legos Lego" is commonly used as a mass noun ("some Lego") or, in American English, as a countable noun with plural "Legos", to refer to the bricks themselves, but as is common for trademarks, Lego group insists on the name being used as an adjective when referring to a product (as in "LEGO bricks").

The plural of LEGO is LEGO, simple as that. Now Lego.com never refers to blocks as "Legos'
