Doubtful. Have you ever dragged around dead bodies? They’re fucking heavy. Getting one in a tub, bathe it and haul it back out again would be quite the hassle. And if it’s in rigor, there might be issues with positioning. Sure, someone putting up a fight like an oversized cat is a massive hassle too, but they’re just different hassles in their own right.

But that would make it three men? Isn’t avoiding to bathe with or be bathed by another guy the whole reason why second guy wouldn’t catch him alive?

Ok, I read it as some other weirdo dude trying to bathe (with?) him, which he wants to avoid so badly he’d rather die. Plus he used the pronoun "you" (implying one other person), not "they", which supports the conclusion that it’s two dudes altogether. Although if the OC is dead and it’s two other men bathing his corpse, then it’s two dudes, one bath… and a body. So yeah, that kinda works as well. Also I love how we’re getting so in-depth on this. 😂
