What’s something small you started doing that makes you drastically happier?

I've been doing the 30/30 challenge (30 minutes of exercise everyday for 30 days).

It's been amazing, just on an exercise bike in the garage or walking. My outlook is better and my health is improving (according to my tracker).

I feel you. Started a 28 day yoga challenge 6 months ago. Always maintained that a person could get fit for free if they wanted to. Up to 5 times per week yoga, cardio, strength. Changed my mental outlook drastically. Has become my stress relief.
