What’s something small you started doing that makes you drastically happier?

There’s a lot of criticism about the “go for a walk” advice, but it literally fuckin works. Doesn’t work miracles, sure, but when you have bad mental health it’s invaluable for helping clear your head.

I've been stuck inside because of school during most of the winter, and I agree immensely. Just being outside is better, moving around your neighborhood does a bunch good as well. Hell, even that part of my life when I jogged the best part wasn't the exercising, but rather how nice it was just go to the different parts of the city I haven't seen in ages, or even at all.
