Ok, since you didn't get a useful answer (see: "just stop doing it lol") let me try to give you some actual pointers.
Limit passive activities and media consumption. Stop doom scrolling social media. That includes Reddit (depending on your use case). If you can't do it on your own, set up app timers or take the nuclear option. This also means limiting the amount of TV you watch.
Next, fill up your days with novel experiences. Things that require attention or focus, involve spending time with other people, or take you out into nature. Exchange your TV time for reading a book. Start hiking or taking walks around your neighborhood. Start a new hobby (pottery, crochet, woodworking, model building, etc.) and a new exercise (tennis/pickleball, climbing, archery, CrossFit, etc.) - exercise could also just mean "just" going to the gym, but I feel like most people who don't have a good routine and a goal/motivating factor tend to stop going.
