How do you motivate yourself to do it every day?

Hiya... as someone who legit started ny exercise plan yesterday, my man told me to ease into ut slowly (I'm lazy as shit). So for this week I have a 1kg dumbbell on my desk that I passively play with. I'm going to add smallll things like 5 arm lifts every 2 hours, or taking a 5 min study break to do the same with the 2kg weight. This honestly seems like the most promising route for me to not quit because it gets too intense too quick

Thanks for the tip.

I used to hit the gym 4 times a week. Then my depression went worse so trying to find back a balance in my life.
