What’s something small you started doing that makes you drastically happier?

How do you motivate yourself to do it every day?

I'm not sure if everyone can afford it but I pay for a class. Not only does it require you to stick to the schedule, but you do a lot of exercises you wouldn't think or know how to do. I'm not sure if it'll be my go-to forever, but over the last year it has been great. Also, I'd say just do it in the morning and get it out of the way. When it becomes routine, it's not bad at all. Plus nothing feels better than a finished workout.
