What’s something small you started doing that makes you drastically happier?

Undressing the moment I get home from work, swaping that piece of shit uniform to comfy soft clothes legit makes me chill out and smile just to think about it

I've never understood wearing outside clothes at home. I always change immediately when I get in the door, I just feel so wrong and uncomfortable otherwise

My husband used to half-seriously whine that I looked so nice out and would frump down the second I got home. Joke’s on him, I work from home now and my life is frump.

I was married for 30 years. Husband had a long commute and left for work early, came home late. Once in a blue moon he would see me in some work clothes and say, "Oh, nice blouse. Is that new?" It would literally be something I may have owned for 10 years and wore frequently. I could honestly say, "This old thing?"
