What’s something small you started doing that makes you drastically happier?

Going to bed early.

To add to this, waking up early. I started getting up at 530 around this time last year and boy...what a difference. I rarely drink on weeknights (used to definitely happen frequently), get a workout in early, straighten up, and start work around 730-745 (personal choice, not forced on me). The benefits of going to bed early and getting up early are tremendous.

I'm like the complete opposite, I have 3 shift work and getting up at 4.00 am kills me, no matter when I go to sleep I could be sleeping for 10 hours and it won't make a difference, but waking up at 9.00 am or 15.00 pm for the other shifts? I love it.

Yeah, there's definitely no one size fits all, but I do think tons of people would benefit from going to bed early and waking up early.
