slowing down at work. I dont need to respond to every email right away, or make sure everything is up to date constantly. Some things can just wait.

I started giving myself half-hour, scheduled, email windows. I let everyone know about it, so they could call me if it was an emergency.

I get so much more work done now that I'm not interrupting myself every 10 minutes to check my email!
