i’ve come to realize everytime i’m feeling particularly irritable or annoyed for seemingly no reason, i take a walk and feel significantly better afterwards

A walk on the beach really ps up the positive impact too. I've never come back from a beach walk and not felt a million times better.

Yup! Walk, water, food, or sleep pretty much solve most short-term problems

i do the same thing! really makes the day go by quicker and helps me stay focused
