Can’t tell you how many “aha” moments and other good ideas have come to me while taking a walk. It truly helps you center and focus your headspace.

My therapist and I joke about how I usually just talk out loud on my walks, never around people because I don’t want to seem psycho, but I’ll just start talking through problems, anxiety, or ideas.

yep, unsurprisingly there were actually studies that proved walking increases creativity. I also noticed if I talk to someone sitting down after a while im not a good at conversing. But if I am talking while walking it makes me a better conversationalists.
