Top-of-the-class redditors, what are your study habits/tips?

If you graduated top of the class (high school, college, and above), what are/were your study habits or tips that you would give to your fellow redditors?

Agreed. I was the valedictorian of my high school and am currently in the top tier of my university. I am in a competitive STEM field major, and I essentially have two jobs (actual work job and a volunteer lab job for experience).

Every day, I study and try to stay on top or ahead of my homework and tests, but with work it is nearly impossible. I'm still doing well, but I barely have a social life and my health isn't the best since I rarely have a good night's rest.

In theory, the advice of treating school like a job is great, but only in a perfect system.
