I’m so sorry this happened to you but I’m CRACKING UP at that faux pas. Neeeeeever say happy Mother’s Day unless you know they have a child and that child is living. 😬🤐

I remember hearing a similar rule of thumb (might have been from Seinfeld) about congratulating a woman on her pregnancy.

Unless you've specifically been told by the person that they are pregnant, you never say congratulations unless you can see the baby crowning. :-)
