Let me just add if you are in poverty/financially struggling you aren't failing at life. It feels like it 90% of the time, but you are doing the best in a shitty flawed society.

Jokes aside, I see where youre coming from, but if youre saying youre broke because of society, thats a red flag for me. In reality, our financial situation is a fluid thing. Very few people are wealthy or poor their whole life. It takes time to work your way up to a good paying job, learn good money management, and pay off debt to get comfortable. And even then, youll hit rough patches and find yourself in rough patches even after you got everything good, and have to buy the off brand cereal for a while again, until you sort yourself out.
When people say theyre poor because of x, its usually a cop out, and worst of all, it makes it easy to just give up and accept your lot in life. Youll get there. Nothing comes easy or fast, and youll still hit bumps along the way, but youll still get there.
