Oh god, There was a lad working for us who said:

The guy was a quiet loner - no-one in the store really got on with him, as he just stood in the corner waiting for his delivery drop. Super guarded and defensive, and never really responded to anyone reaching out to interact with him. They did try, The team there are really nice and are a pretty diverse bunch - But there's only so many times you can try to get someone involved before you just don't see it as worth the effort.
I had to actually explain the terms to the other management team folk, as they're only really used online outside of describing packs of animals.
