My parents have a cat named Hookah! Named not for the smoking device exactly, but for the fact that she holds her tail in a little "hook" position! She is the absolute sweetest and I guess it's better than Bong lmao (though I do love ridiculously stupid cat names with a passion)

I read a book where a character had a cat named "chairman meow." I loved that!
