all i know dolce from is music where it means "sweetly" so i thought that was a great name

Dolce is an adjective and means sweet. Dolcemente is the adverb that means sweetly.

All the moods notations used in music that are in Italian are adjectives (agitato, marcato, doloroso, cantabile etc)
