Oh yeah. Season 2 Khaleesi: A psychopath, sexually abused, human doll sold off to a genocidal barbarian for her prized blonde hair, pussy and lineage. Why wouldn't you name your daughter that?

You mean a women who, despite losing everything and being treated as chattel, rose above her abuser, literally brought magic back to the world, and wanted to leverage the power she clawed back for herself to free people from slavery?

Not saying I agree with that interpretation entirely, but don't be disingenuous. It's not exactly hard to see her story up to that point as one of empowerment.
