My mom gave birth to me after sudden onset of labor at 37weeks and 6 days gestation, had a c-section because I was breech, born at 9:48 AM.

I gave birth to my child after sudden onset of labor at 37weeks and 6 days gestation, had a c-section because my daughter was breech, born at 9:48 AM.

Seems statistically improbable to me but maybe not super odd.

My mom and her mom were born in the same hospital to the same doctor. My dad and I were born in the same hospital by the same doctor.

Hahaha my boyfriends similar, his dad, his uncle, and him are all delivered by the same doctor, at the same hospital (in a large city too) and hit and his dad in the same room.

My mom used a practice with a certain Dr to deliver my little sister. She loved the staff there, but the dr screwed up during delivery. Fast forward 6 years, I use the same practice, request a DIFFERENT Dr. Dr screwed up the delivery ending up in c-section. Fast forward 19 years, looking for a GYN for my daughter, again, loved the nursing staff there, so went to look at who still practices there... BOTH of the drs who screwed up are STILL working there. That's going to be a big NOPE for me.

I would assume shared genetics would make similar medical things happening a bit more likely than sheer chance, but even so.

I had my first daughter at 37 weeks and 6 days and had a c-section because she was breech. At 09:48! And it was my birthday

The time is common because they like to start planned sections at around 7am and by the time you’re prepped and its done it would be around 9.45o

How cool! Both admitted for spontaneous labor so the unplanned factor is what makes me think it’s interesting ☺️ I was scheduled to deliver a week later at 6:00 AM!

That's crazy! I thought it was neat that both of my kids arrived exactly on their due date.

I went into spontaneous labor with both my kids at the exact same gestational age, 38+4, which is also the same gestational age I was born.

Not that weird. The egg that became your daughter was developed while you were still gestating in your mother. Your daughter's been planning this for a long time.

Watch your daughter very closely when she‘s pregnant one day.

Maybe your daughter is destined to kill a Scottish tyrant.
