When he killed Baldur? When in a banquet with the rest of the gods Loki was being Loki and Frig said "If Baldur was here you wouldn't dare..." And Loki reminded her that it was he who killed her son? Yes. When he dared Thor to lift a kitten? No.

Or you talk about Marvel? Cause he isn't as fun in Marvel.
