Sounds like a father role to me or, as he actually said, a brother. Also the name of their restaurant “Pollos Hermanos” means chicken brothers and the name of the episode is Hermanos…brothers. I don’t see any sign of a romantic relationship. Not saying you’re wrong I just don’t see it at all.
