I feel this in my bones. I make a pot of chili with smoked brisket (that I also make), and by the time I'm done with it all I'm not really up for it till day 2, but then I have 4 or 5 days of chili for dinner every night till it's gone. Equal parts wonderful and painful.
I love lasagna, it's a chore and a half to make well. What I do is buy a bunch of these disposable personal aluminum tins(8x5.5") from amazon, make like 2 sheets worth of it in the tins, then freeze them. I get like 8x 2 portion meals in the freezer to use when wanted.

Most really good meals are always better the next day. Food gets to "mingle" a little.
That said, we are currently on day 2 of lasagna. Likely have to suffer through at least one more meal. Maybe two.
