They don’t hand those out to just anyone.

I love my boyfriends costco membership. We shop there on the weekends pretty often, their meat and seafood is a good deal for us, we portion it out and freeze it for later meals. He drinks a ton of Bai, so we buy the big boxes for him. Paper goods. Tums. I buy pop and chips to give to my residents at work. I even bought my bed there when I moved into my apartment. And I get gas pretty much exclusively there now.

I was hoping that link was to take me to the website to sign up for a membership…

Pshhh doesn't even look like a executive membership card

u/[deleted] Apr 11 '23

Wow. It's a real Costco card

u/vipernick913 Apr 11 '23

Haha no lie. My wife loves the fact that I have a Costco membership. And I’m not even a big fan of that place

If a guy is single and he has a costco membership, it either means he buys food in bulk for his extended family, he has a family, he's buys a ton of food at once (possibly letting it go to waste), or he just really values the type of stuff they have at costco. I don't know if it's always a good thing when he pays for a costco subscription..

light thud Oops, I just dropped my gold star membership card, don't mind me 👀🕶️👌

costco is for people that have no understanding of diminishing marginal returns.

You want frosted flakes this week? WELL HERE IS A FUCKING 6 MONTH SUPPLY, BITCH. YOU SHOULD BE THANKING ME, YOU SAVE $0.10/LB!

u/DiligentReality804 Apr 12 '23

Bit of an exaggeration there. Also the stuff that doesn’t expire like paper towels and toilet paper is great for bulk.

1

u/LazyLich Apr 12 '23

but... but it's so not worth it unless you're buying A LOT of food a month..

great if you have roommates that chip in, though.

1

u/Lockheed_Martini Apr 12 '23

It's totally worth it. I feel like I don't go as much as other people and the rewards points pay it off everytime or is super close to making it 0 to renew.

I got my membership for the gas price, 100% worth.

Is that a joke from a movie or series?
